Arrival Day Welcome Social & Meet-and-Greet
Kick off the reunion with a family meal and getting-to-know-you games as everyone arrives in Greenville. Location: Yeehaw Brewing.
Friday
DAY 02
Daytime – Free Time
Explore Greenville & Family Game Night
Spend the day exploring Greenville, South Carolina on your own or with smaller groups. In the evening we will gather for a Family Game Night
Saturday
DAY 03
11:00 AM – Evening
Family Adventure, Dinner & Family Meeting
During the day, we will go on a family adventure and Black history tour in and around Greenville. Later, we’ll gather for a family dinner followed by our family meeting back at the hotel.

Our host hotel for the Williams Family Reunion offers large suites, free hot breakfast, and a nightly reception with drinks! You'll love being steps from the downtown trolley and Greenville’s riverfront paths. While Ruth’s Chris is on-site, there are many nearby dining spots for every budget to explore together.
Registration & Dues
Your payment helps cover meals, venues, and activities for the entire weekend. A $75 deposit per person is due by February 15, 2027, with full payment due by April 30, 2027

These estimates include reunion fees, a 3-night hotel stay, transportation (air or car), meals on your own outside of group events, and any extra spending for entertainment or shopping. Most group meals are included in the reunion fees, and actual costs may vary depending on travel choices and family size.
